Whether you are hosting a wedding pre-function, a corporate gathering, or a private dinner, our goal is to make the meal the highlight of the day. **Why host an experience with us?** * **Live Interaction:** Our live counters for Appam, Porotta, or Dosa allow guests to engage with the cooking process. It adds a layer of theatre and freshness that pre-plated food simply cannot match. * **Authentic Presentation:** We use traditional brass and kansa serving ware and fresh banana leaves to set the scene. No plastic plates or generic chafing dishes here. * **Flexible Scaling:** We have successfully taken our kitchen to diverse spaces, from the sound stages of Mehboob Studio for the Mahindra Blues Festival to the refined halls of Taj Wellington Mews and Hyatt Pune. **How we work** We don't believe in one-size-fits-all menus. We work with you to understand the vibe of your event. If you want a full-blown, 24-item vegetarian Sadya feast served on a banana leaf, we can do it. If you prefer a selection of our signature non-veg starters like Trivandrum Buff Pepper Fry or Syrian Christian Pork Roast paired with live counters, we make that happen too.
