Whether it is a Sunday Sadya for familiar faces or a festive spread for your living room, the goal remains the same: to recreate the exact rhythm of a Kerala kitchen. We do not just deliver food boxes; we deliver the anticipation of the first bite of warm red rice mixed with avial, served on a fresh banana leaf. Cooking for our clients is a lesson in trust. When we step into a home or prepare a feast for a gathering, we are not just providing a meal; we are helping you build a memory. The photos you see here reflect the reality of our work: zero staging, honest food, and the messy, beautiful joy of eating together. We approach every event, big or small, with the same 'jigar ka khoon' (passion). Our SONATA (Sadya On A Thali) concept was born out of this desire to make the festive tradition of a Sadya accessible and intimate for smaller groups. **How we work with you:** * **It is personal:** We talk to you about the occasion, the vibe, and what 'comfort' means to your guests. * **Small batches only:** We never scale up by sacrificing quality. Every curry is tempered by hand, and every dessert is slow-cooked, just as it would be in a home kitchen. * **Authentic experience:** We bring the banana leaves, the prep, and the storytelling. You just need to bring the people. Whether you are hosting a festive dinner or just craving the comfort of home, we are here to bring the spice and soul of Kerala to your table. Let's talk about what we can cook for your next gathering. ## About NairOnFire We are Sara and Toral. We started this to bring the food we grew up eating in Kerala to the busy streets of Mumbai.
