I brought this service to the spa after experiencing its benefits firsthand. It's a simple way to combat the fatigue of city life by breathing in clean, purified air.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/5a2aaea6-f16c-4e90-949e-2e8a51d0630d) ## About The Oxygen Therapy Experience You won't find a sterile, hospital-like setup here. It is an open, comfortable corner in our spa where you settle into a robotic massage chair, put on a light, single-use nasal tube, and choose your aroma—Lavender, Eucalyptus, or Lemon. It is 15 to 30 minutes of sitting back, letting the chair work on your back and calves, while you simply breathe. I brought this service to India because I know how city life drains you. After years of running this spa, I realized we all need a quick, no-fuss way to switch off. This therapy is not a medical cure, but it is a solid way to give your mind and body a break. When you arrive for your session, we set you up in a semi-private area. The oxygen is 90-95% concentrated, filtered, and scented with your choice of essential oil. It helps with focus and relaxation, and many of my regular clients swear by it for a quick energy boost. We offer two sessions: - Express (15 mins): Perfect for a quick recharge between errands. - Deep Recovery (30 mins): A double cycle with a full, zero-gravity massage program to work out deeper fatigue. It is the kind of 'me-time' that fits into a busy schedule. Whether you are in our Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Pune salon, come by to recharge, de-stress, and feel a bit lighter. ## About Nail Spa by Gurpreet I have spent 20 years building this space, and I have learned that sometimes the best luxury is just having a place to breathe. I added this therapy because it is the exact reset I needed myself, and I wanted to share that peace with you.
