To set up my booth, all I need is a small, well-lit corner for my easel, two chairs, and proximity to the main event flow so guests can watch the live sketching happen. Whether you need high-speed marker sketches for large conferences or detailed watercolor portraits for intimate leadership retreats, I adjust my pace to ensure your guests have a great experience without long waiting lines. ### Why Add Live Caricatures to Your Corporate Event? In a sea of corporate gifts like pens and notebooks, a personalized hand-drawn portrait stands out. It creates a buzz at the venue, gives people a reason to stop and chat, and provides them with a tangible memory of the day. Over the years, I have had the privilege of sketching for teams at companies like Bajaj Allianz, Lotusflare, and collaborating with media houses like Sakal for their corporate events across India. ### My Process & Setup I bring my entire setup—easel, pens, cardstock, and lighting—so you don't have to worry about a thing. My goal is to integrate seamlessly into your event flow: * **Classic Marker Sketches:** Perfect for large crowds or trade shows where speed is key. I can cover 10-12 guests per hour. * **Premium Color Sketches:** Ideal for gala dinners or corporate off-sites where you want a bit more detail and color. These are vibrant and make for excellent desk accessories. * **Digital Caricatures:** For tech-focused events or product launches, I can sketch on an iPad and offer instant 4x6 glossy prints. This setup also allows for custom branding with your company logo or event hashtag directly on the print. ### Travel & Logistics While I am based in Mumbai and Pune, I travel across India for corporate events and brand activations. Whether it is a conclave in Shillong or a product launch in a metro city, I am ready to bring my art to your venue. If you are looking for entertainment that is fun, interactive, and completely tailored to your event, let’s talk. ## About Rajesh Naik I’m Rajesh Naik. I left my regular job to pursue the art that actually makes people laugh—caricatures. I’ve traveled across India sketching for everyone from corporate teams to top neurosurgeons, and my goal is always the same: to turn a simple event into a memorable one with art.
