Whether you want your Amla Murabba in lighter mishri syrup or prefer your green chili pickle extra spicy and less oily, just let me know before I seal the jar for you. ### My Kitchen Process Every jar you see here is prepared the way my grandmother taught me. I don’t believe in rushing the process or adding chemicals for shelf life. My pickles rely on the natural preservation power of kachi ghani sarso oil and high-quality organic spices, while my murabbas are slow-cooked to get that perfect, soft texture. ### Customization Options I know that taste is personal. That is why I offer flexibility that big brands cannot: * **Sweetness Levels:** Choose your murabba base—classic white sugar, earthy jaggery, or the lighter mishri (rock sugar) for a subtle sweetness. * **Oil & Spice Control:** Want a healthier, low-oil version of your favorite achar? Prefer extra heat in your green chili pickle? I adjust the ratios based on your request. ### Freshness Guarantee I pack every jar by hand in my home in Greater Noida. Because I don't mass-produce, I sometimes run out of specific batches during busy weeks. If you see something you like, feel free to send a message to confirm what is currently ready to ship. I ship across India, ensuring that even if you are far from home, you can still enjoy the taste of real, traditional Indian preserves. ## About Naani Maa Ka Achar Hi, I’m Rashmi.
