Before we lay a single deck or fix a pergola, we prioritize the drainage slopes and waterproofing. We have seen too many expensive gardens ruined by seepage after one monsoon, so we ensure the technical foundation is sorted before we worry about the aesthetics. We look at outdoor spaces as a functional extension of your living room. In a city like Delhi, your garden needs to survive scorching summers and heavy rains. We use materials that handle these temperature swings without warping or fading. Whether you want a compact terrace bar for weekend parties or a quiet, lush garden corner with a water body, we plan the MEP schematics alongside the landscape. We ensure that electrical points for your garden lights and plumbing for water features are integrated into the structure from the start, avoiding ugly external wires. Our approach is hands-on. We personally check the flooring levels and material quality on-site to ensure your outdoor oasis remains a retreat, not a maintenance headache. ## About N.K. Architects We are Neha and Karan. We spend more time on our project sites than in our office because that is where the real decisions happen. When we design your terrace or garden, we are thinking about how it will age and how you will actually use it on a Sunday evening. [See all of N.K.
