Before a single wall goes up, we start every project with a traditional ritual to set the right energy for your space. Our process is deeply hands-on—whether it is checking your electrical layout for safety or picking the right Italian marble for your foyer, we are there on-site to ensure your home is as functional as it is beautiful. As SPA Delhi graduates, we founded N.K. Architects in 2015 with a simple belief: design should reflect how a space makes you feel, not just how it looks. Our practice is built on a foundation of technical rigor paired with an understanding of the homeowner's daily reality. ### Our Philosophy We approach every project, from luxury neoclassical villas to modern apartments in Delhi NCR, with the same attention to detail. We specialize in full turnkey execution. This means we handle everything from the initial mood board and MEP planning to the final site handover. You do not have to coordinate with multiple vendors because we are with you at every stage, managing the construction and the styling. ### Why We Are Different - **Ritual & Energy:** We believe in starting right. Our projects often begin with a pooja to ensure the home starts with positive vibes. - **Technical Solutions:** We address real-world problems. We aren't just stylists; we are architects who solve issues, like how to create a shock-proof washroom or the best layout for hidden electrical panels. - **Award-Winning Standards:** Our work has been recognized by industry bodies, including the 'Emerging Excellence in Architecture and Design' award at the 2023 Precedential Awards. This drives us to keep pushing for quality, whether it is a residential project in Indirapuram or a commercial office on the Noida Expressway. We love playing with rich materials, curves, and statement ceilings, but our priority is always a home that functions for your family. If you are looking for an architectural team that treats your home like their own, let's talk. ## About N.K. Architects We are Neha and Karan, founders of N.K. Architects.
