This recognition highlights our commitment to managing projects from start to finish—covering the structural foundations, technical detailing, and interior finishes. It validates our belief that modern luxury functions best when it is paired with practical, daily usability for our clients. For us, awards are more than just a trophy on the shelf. They represent the hundreds of site visits, the late-night design sketches, and the technical problem-solving that goes into every home we deliver. Whether it is ensuring our electrical panels are organized for easy use or getting the reinforcement right for a heavy fixture, we focus on the details that often go unnoticed. Our feature in Precedential magazine gave us a chance to share our design philosophy with a wider audience. We discussed how we blend our technical background as SPA Delhi alumni with a respect for cultural rituals. We believe that a home should feel right from the moment you step in, which is why we begin every project with a traditional blessing. When you work with us, you are not just hiring an architect, you are hiring a partner who is on-site, managing the contractors, and making sure the reality matches the vision. This award is a testament to that hands-on, end-to-end approach we take in Delhi and across India. We remain committed to turning spaces into comfortable homes where quality and functionality live side by side. ## About N.K. Architects We are Neha and Karan, the duo behind N.K. Architects. We view every home as a reflection of the people living in it, not just a layout on paper. We stay involved in every phase of the build, from the first sketch to the day you move in. [See all of N.K.
