(What's for lunch?) tradition is not just a catchphrase, but our way of decompressing after intense sessions, ensuring that while the training is professional, the atmosphere remains grounded and connected. Success at NICE is not just about the numbers on the scoreboard. We believe that a cricketer who feels supported, teased, and celebrated is a cricketer who plays without fear. Whether it is our NICE Devils women's team sweeping titles or our U-14 squads fighting through league matches, the goal remains the same: play with guts and have fun. Our culture is built on real-world experiences rather than just repetitive drills. We host internal IPL fantasy auctions, organize cricket tours to challenge players in new conditions, and ensure parents are as much a part of the journey as the athletes. We do not just coach skills; we build character and a sense of belonging that turns a group of individuals into a powerhouse team. We focus heavily on match simulation, preparing our players for the pressure of KSCA leagues. By treating every net session as a final, we train our athletes to handle the anxiety of a real game. We provide professional tactical support and match-day analysis, but the reason players stay is the environment. If you are looking for a place where you are coached to perform but celebrated for who you are, you have found your home. ## About New Innings Cricket Enterprise We are Arjun and Kiran, and NICE is our way of giving back to the sport we love. We believe cricket should be played with grit and healthy banter, which is exactly the energy we bring to every practice session.
