We run scenario-based matches to see how you hold your nerve when the team needs 15 runs in 6 balls, or how you communicate as a bowler under pressure. Come prepared to play your natural game and show us the grit that defines a true cricketer. Getting into the KSCA league structure is the first real hurdle for any aspiring cricketer. We manage the trials for Palar Sports Club and Zodiac Cricket Club to ensure that talented players get a direct entry into the system. Whether you are aiming for U-14, U-16, or U-19, our trials are designed to test more than just your technique. ### What happens at our selection trials? We do not just look at your stats or how hard you hit the ball. We look for game awareness. Our coaches run match simulations where you have to adapt to real-game conditions. We observe: * **Match Temperament:** How you handle failure after a bad shot or a loose delivery. * **Technical Basics:** Whether your fundamentals are sound enough for competitive league cricket. * **Team Dynamics:** How you support your teammates on the field. ### Pathway to the KSCA League Once you are selected, you represent our affiliated clubs in the KSCA leagues. This is where you get the match practice and exposure required to be scouted for higher levels, including state camps and national age-group teams. Our goal is to provide a clear, merit-based pathway from grassroots trials to professional contracts. We keep our trials competitive and transparent. If you have the hunger and the talent, this is your door into the professional circuit. Bring your gear, be ready for a long day on the field, and show us why you belong in the NICE family. ## About New Innings Cricket Enterprise We are Arjun and Kiran, the founders of NICE.
