We handle the scouting clips, the contract negotiations, and the mental preparation required when recruiters come calling. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you do not know how to navigate the auction process, that potential stays hidden. When WPL or CPL scouts evaluate our players, they see the evidence of thousands of hours spent in our high-performance net sessions. Our training regimen is designed to mirror the pressure of stadium lights. We run center-wicket simulations that force batters and bowlers to adapt to match scenarios, such as defending a low total or chasing a high run rate under the clock. This technical foundation is why players like Shreyanka Patil have successfully broken into global franchise leagues. It is not an accident. We use biomechanical video analysis to tweak techniques, preventing injuries and maximizing strike rates. That data is exactly what scouts want to see. Beyond the physical, we manage the career trajectory. This involves active liaison with scouts for the KSCA Maharani Trophy and national-level trials. If you are serious about making a living from cricket, we provide the pathway, the exposure, and the management to get you signed. We handle the paperwork and the pressure so you stay focused on the game. Failures are treated as feedback here. If you have a bad day in the nets, there is no drama, only adjustments. We expect you to return harder the next day, bringing that same intensity to every session. ## About New Innings Cricket Enterprise We are Arjun and Kiran, the team behind the NICE family.
