You are entering a dialogue with the creators. Whether it is an exhibition on recovery, a raw independent film screening, or a therapeutic workshop, we keep our groups small so you can talk to the artists, ask questions, and actually engage with the work instead of just observing it from a distance. Our events are as diverse as the community that visits us. At the heart of our space is a commitment to 'Art @ Urban Solace,' a gallery dedicated to visual self-expression. We curate exhibitions that matter—from deeply personal displays like 'Humanizing Recovery' to poetry-driven installations like 'Urban Rhythms.' ### What we host * **Art Exhibitions:** Rotating displays by emerging artists that often bridge the gap between visual art, healing, and social storytelling. * **Film Screenings:** We collaborate with independent collectives like The Parallel Cinema Club to bring emerging filmmakers and their work to Bangalore, often followed by Q&A sessions with the crew. * **Workshops & Circles:** From 'Pen & Paper' therapy to mental health sharing circles, we provide a safe, non-judgmental container for exploration. We prioritize authentic human connection over polished, structured formality. * **Spiritual & Intuitive Sessions:** Events like 'Spiritual Sundays' offer a space for tarot readings and alternative knowledge, inviting introspection in a cozy cafe setting. Everything we do here is about stripping away the noise of the city. We provide the coffee, the space, and the lighting; you bring your curiosity. Whether you are coming to learn a new skill, see a fresh perspective on a canvas, or simply meet people who care about the same things you do, you will find a place here. ## About Urban Solace We built this cafe to be more than just a place to eat—we built it to be a home. For 15 years, our walls have held thousands of stories through art, film, and deep conversations. If you are looking for a space in Bangalore where you can be truly real and connect with a community that listens, you have found it.
