She was worried about her son's food when he went to the US. She explains how our freeze-dried home-cooked meals taste natural and stay fresh for months, just like they were made at home.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/2ef3f22e-f55a-4bec-8165-24cb7a5a3394) - ![I value customer feedback greatly. This Google review from Stavan Shah, who took our dehydrated food to China, shows how our service can make traveling abroad a smoother, worry-free experience.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/c2fe5244-3d77-4ee0-bfef-bbdbb579acf9) ## About Don't Just Take My Word For It The biggest relief for parents isn't just that the food arrives in one piece; it’s that it actually tastes like 'ghar ka khana' when their kids open the packet months later. Whether you need us to freeze-dry your own homemade masalas or safely pack snacks for a long-term stay, the feedback is consistent: our preservative-free process keeps the taste intact, just like you made it in your own kitchen. I hear the same story every day at my Byculla store. A student is leaving for the US or Canada, and the mother is worried about how they will manage. Will they eat junk food? Will they miss home-cooked dal and sabzi? That is exactly why I do what I do. My clients aren't just looking for a courier service or a grocery packet. They are looking for the assurance that their son or daughter will have a warm meal on a cold night in a new country. ### Why our process works * **Preservative-Free:** We don't add chemicals to make things last. Our freeze-drying technology naturally removes moisture so your food stays fresh for 9 months. * **Custom Packing:** We know how rough international transit can be. From 7-ply export boxes for luggage to vacuum-sealed pouches for theplas, we ensure nothing leaks or breaks. * **Personalised Care:** We treat every box like we are sending it to our own family. If it's a student's first time abroad, I personally guide them on what they can and cannot pack to avoid customs issues. Remember, I run this as a small, hands-on operation. To make sure your parcel reaches on time and is packed perfectly, please reach out to us at least 10 days before your travel date. Last-minute rush makes it hard for us to maintain the quality you expect. ## About My Taste My Meal I started this because I know the specific worry parents feel when their children go abroad. I'm just here to make sure they get healthy, home-cooked food without any stress, preservatives, or artificial additives.
