In every session, whether it is a team-building exercise in a corporate office or a relaxed weekend cafe meetup, we use simple grid construction to bypass the stress of 'what to draw'. This lets you focus entirely on the meditative rhythm of the pen, turning a blank page into a quiet moment for yourself. ### Finding Calm in Delhi NCR I host these workshops to share the exact tools that helped me manage my own anxiety. It is not about becoming a professional artist. It is about using basic mandala and zentangle techniques to give your brain a break. ### How We Work Together I offer three main ways to connect and draw: * **Virtual Sessions:** A 90-minute live Zoom workshop. Perfect for when you want to stay in your own space. You only need basic stationery like a black gel pen and paper. I provide a PDF guide beforehand and a recording afterward. * **In-Person Cafe Workshops:** These are 3-hour sessions hosted at partner venues across Delhi NCR. I bring the art kit, which includes professional fineliners, artist-grade paper, and a printed workbook. It includes a drink and snack, so it doubles as a perfect weekend outing. * **Corporate Wellness:** For teams and colleges, I travel to your location. We focus on two-hour group sessions designed to lower stress levels. You provide the tables and chairs, and I bring all the materials to guide your group through the process. ### The 'Mystique Minis' Approach My sessions often revolve around 'Mystique Minis'. These are small, bite-sized art pieces that prove you do not need to spend hours at a desk to get the benefits of art. Whether you are an overthinker or someone who thinks they do not have a creative bone in their body, these patterns are designed to be intuitive. We focus on the flow of the line rather than the final result. ## About Ankita Swaroopa I’m Ankita. These workshops are my way of sharing the calm I’ve found through mandalas, whether you’re a complete beginner or just need to step away from your screen.
