When you order a bed or a wardrobe, you get pieces custom-cut on our CNC machines and handcrafted by our team in Noida. We use 18mm BWP marine-grade plywood for every frame, not the flimsy particle board found in mass-produced furniture. That is why our pieces actually last, even with daily wear and tear. ### How We Build Your Furniture When we say 'factory-made,' we mean it. Our studio is built on the belief that transparency is the best policy. You don't have to guess what's inside your wardrobe or under your bed. **The CNC Precision:** For those high-end looks like fluted panels or intricate cabinet details, we use our in-house CNC machines. This allows us to carve wood with millimeter precision, giving your shutters that modern, high-end texture without the crazy showroom price tag. **Built to Last:** Every kitchen cabinet and bed frame starts with 18mm BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine-grade plywood. We don't cut corners on the skeleton of the furniture. We test our soft-close hydraulic hinges and telescopic channels for 50,000 cycles, ensuring they don't break just months after installation. **From Noida to Your Home:** Whether you are in Delhi NCR or far away in Gangtok, we manufacture, pack, and transport your furniture with the same care. Our team handles the site installation, so you aren't left looking for random carpenters to fix a half-done job. **Real Talk:** We keep it simple. If we can't build it to last, we won't build it. We share these factory videos not to brag, but to show you exactly where your money is going—into quality materials and skilled hands, not into fancy corporate packaging. ## About Panache Design My team is the heartbeat of this studio.
