We have built our 'Darbari' studio with specialized sprung wooden flooring to keep your joints safe during long practice hours, and our classrooms are named after ragas because music is the heartbeat of this space. It is a setup designed so you can fully surrender to the movement—no intimidation, just focus. Myna is more than a studio; it is a 'soul space' in Khar West where we believe in *Happiness through Expression*. We started this academy in 2025 to create a place where art is approachable for everyone, whether you are four or seventy-four. We purposefully broke the mold of sterile dance schools. Here, your journey begins in a space designed for comfort and creative freedom, featuring five distinct classrooms named after ragas like Bhairavi and Malhar, each catering to different energies—from vocal sessions to our multi-purpose Drama Lab. We know that the biggest barrier to starting a new art form is the fear of not being good enough. That is why our pedagogy focuses on the process rather than perfection. Whether you are stepping into a Kathak *Ghungroo Pooja* for the first time, joining a Bollywood fusion batch, or exploring NrityaYogsutra to move from strength to stillness, our senior gurus are there to guide you at your own pace. We don't care about 'two left feet.' We care about the energy you bring to the floor. Our classes are intentionally small to ensure personal attention, and our drop-in workshop model means you can test the waters without feeling locked into a rigid, long-term commitment. It is never too early or too late to start; creativity finds you exactly when you are ready. Come by for a session, and you will see why for us, expression is not just a trend—it is a way of life. ## About Myna We started Myna because we wanted a place where art isn't some big, scary thing. We are a team of artists and gurus who believe creativity is for everyone, regardless of whether you are taking your first steps or revisiting an old passion. Come by for a session—you will find a home here.
