You won't find rigid, 'do-as-I-say' classrooms here. Our gurus—from contemporary movement specialists to classical exponents—work in small groups to understand your personal pace, ensuring you find joy in the rhythm, whether you're navigating your first thumka or mastering complex mudras. At Myna Academy, we believe that 'Happiness through Expression' starts with having the right guide. Our faculty isn't just about technical mastery; it’s about human connection. When you walk into our Khar West studio, you aren't just a student—you’re a creative participant. For our Kathak and Lavani enthusiasts, Aditi Bhagwat brings the nuance of *adakari* (expression) and deep-rooted tradition, often grounding the experience in the sacred *Ghungroo Pooja*. If contemporary movement is your calling, Pooja Radhakrishnan and Kunal Sangtani strip away the intimidation factor, blending grounded hip-hop with jazz and contemporary flow to help you find your own story in motion. We also value global perspectives. Artists like Bettina Castaño bring the fire of Flamenco to our students, focusing on culture and rhythm rather than just rigid structure. And for those seeking stillness, Dr. Sangeeta Petkar’s NrityaYogsutra sessions blend dance, yoga, and meditation into a healing practice. Whether it’s music, theatre, or dance, our gurus prioritize your comfort. Classes are kept in small batches to ensure you get personalized feedback. No 'two left feet' judgment here—just a space to learn, laugh, and grow at your own speed. ## About Myna We’re a community-driven academy in Khar West where art meets heart.
