You will find sprung wooden flooring designed for joint safety and full-wall mirrors, but the real focus is on the environment we have built. It is a space where you can shed the stress of the city, find your rhythm at your own pace, and engage in practice that feels like a conversation rather than a rigid curriculum. At Myna, we believe that art should not be intimidating. Our Khar West hub is designed to be a 'soul space' where the focus is on the process, not just the performance. We offer a wide spectrum of creative expression: * **Classical & Folk Roots:** We honor tradition, from the storytelling of Kathak to the vibrant beats of Lavani. Our Kathak students begin with a Ghungroo Pooja, respecting the discipline of the art form. * **Modern & Bollywood:** If you want to sweat and smile, our Bollywood and Jive workshops are for you. We focus on energy, fun, and breaking the 'two left feet' myth. * **NrityaYogsutra:** Our unique therapeutic module blends dance, yoga, and meditation to help you move from strength to stillness. * **Myna Minis:** For younger ones, our Stage Stars and Bollyhop programs build confidence and motor skills in a safe, play-based environment. Everything we do, from our group singing sessions to our drama labs, is led by gurus who prioritize personal attention. We keep our batches small to ensure you get the guidance you need, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique. We are not just about teaching steps. We are about creating a community where you can just be. ## About Myna We are the team behind Myna, a community space in Khar West where we turn 'I can't dance' into 'When is the next session?'. Whether you are four or seventy-four, we have created a spot where you can leave the daily grind behind and just express yourself.
