Dance is my way of finding happiness and sharing it. Here, it’s not about nailing every step - it’s about feeling the beat, letting loose, and telling your story. *Jithe taal tithe laav* (where rhythm meets grace) is what I live by. If you think you can’t dance, you’ll probably surprise yourself.

### Styles & Workshops

- Indian folk dance classes like Kathak, Lavani, and Garba. We start Kathak with a *Ghungroo Pooja* (dancing bells ceremony) - it’s a big deal for us.
- Bollywood dance workshops led by choreographers who’ve worked with stars. Expect fun *thumkas* (hip moves) and lots of energy.
- Contemporary dance for beginners and pros. We have batches for all levels, plus a performance batch if you want to push yourself.
- Semi-classical fusion workshops mixing Bollywood and classical vibes.
- International styles: Western Ballroom, Jive, Flamenco. No fancy shoes needed, just bring your energy.

### Movement Therapy & Expression

- Movement therapy sessions like NrityaYogsutra blend dance, yoga, and meditation. It’s about moving from strength to stillness.

### My story

We started Myna in 2025 with just a dream and a bunch of wild ideas. This place, it’s not just four walls - it’s where folks come to laugh, sing, dance, act, and sometimes just sit and soak it in. Kids get creative in our Drama Lab, adults find old passions and new friends. Our gurus? Legends, storytellers, sometimes strict, mostly fun. We celebrate everything - Lohri dhol, Kabir poetry, Shaam-e-Ghazal - all for connection. Myna’s home, honestly.
