Because these parties are usually for kids, I include themed plinths and character cutouts, which serve as perfect photo spots and dessert display areas at your venue. At MyBalloons, a unicorn theme goes beyond just a few standard balloons. I start with a high-quality, custom-printed flex backdrop to set the scene, often featuring a rainbow or fairytale landscape. I pair this with organic balloon garlands—using a blend of soft pastels and metallic chrome balloons—to give it that whimsical, layered look. I know venue space can be a constraint, so whether you are hosting in a Bengaluru apartment or a banquet hall, my team and I adjust the scale. For smaller spaces, I recommend our circular backdrop package which focuses on a dense, organic garland and three themed plinths. If you have a larger venue, we scale up to an 8ft or 12ft wide wall, adding marquee numbers and neon signage to ensure the decor stands out. Practicality matters. My team and I arrive on-site with 2-4 technicians to handle the entire assembly. For these fantasy themes, the plinths are essential. We use them to display cakes and props, creating a dynamic look rather than a flat wall. If you want specific touches like character cutouts or light-up numbers, tell me in advance so we can prepare those. We handle everything from the artificial grass flooring to the final balloon placement, ensuring the party is ready to go. ## About MyBalloons I'm Harry, and I specialize in turning standard event spaces into themed fantasy worlds. My team and I handle everything from the balloon architecture to the printed backdrops, so you don't have to worry about the setup details.
