If you are struggling with a reactive dog, resource guarding, or a special-needs pup, we focus on communication first. With dogs like Jax, our deaf Great Dane, we use visual and touch cues to build a shared language that bridges the gap. It is about helping your dog feel safe enough to trust the world around them again, turning anxious behaviors into calm, neutral responses. Rehabilitation is rarely about fixing a dog, and almost always about training the human to understand the dog's world. Whether you are dealing with a rescue dog trying to adjust to home life or a pup struggling with severe reactivity, we look at the whole picture. Our approach is rooted in science-backed, balanced training methods. We use markers, free shaping, and clear communication techniques to address issues like resource guarding, leash reactivity, and general anxiety. Every dog on our ranch has a unique story, and we adapt our methods to fit their specific needs. For deaf or blind dogs, we shift from verbal commands to touch and visual cues, ensuring they can navigate their environment with confidence. Located on our peaceful ranch in Whitefield, our residential behavioral rehabilitation program provides a low-stimulus environment where dogs can decompress and reset. Each day includes structured training sessions, physical conditioning, and social interaction with balanced helper dogs to build social skills. We are here to help you become a better handler for your dog. By the time you come for a hand-over session, our goal is for you to understand your dog's triggers and how to manage them so you can both enjoy a full life in namma Bengaluru. ## About Poochkoo Mutts & Nutts We are Mutts & Nutts, and our ranch in Whitefield is built for dogs who need a bit more understanding.
