We limit these batches to 4–6 children to ensure the instructor can provide individual attention while still fostering the social confidence that comes from singing and learning rhythm alongside peers. ### Our Approach to Music Education At The Metropolitan School of Music, we move beyond the idea of music as a casual hobby. We structure our curriculum around international standards, providing a clear path from early childhood exploration to advanced certifications. Whether your child is just starting with basic rhythm or preparing for high-grade ABRSM or Trinity examinations, we offer a disciplined, engaging environment at our locations in Nirvana Country and Uppal Southend. ### Programs for Different Stages - **Harmony Sessions (Early Beginners):** Designed for children under 9, these sessions focus on ear training, pitch correction, and understanding the basics of both Western solfege and Indian sargam. The goal is to build a foundation that allows students to comfortably transition into any instrument or vocal style later. - **Instrumental & Vocal Training:** We offer one-on-one instruction for Piano, Guitar, Violin, Drums, and Vocals. Each lesson includes a mix of practical playing, music theory, and sight-reading, ensuring students understand the 'why' behind the notes they play. - **Certification Prep:** For serious learners, our faculty provides rigorous preparation for ABRSM and Trinity board exams. This includes theory, composition, and practical performance, helping students track their progress against a global benchmark. ### Why Choose Our Conservatory? Our instructors come from diverse musical backgrounds, offering expertise in everything from Hindustani classical to Western jazz. We also provide the flexibility of hybrid learning, allowing you to switch between in-person conservatory sessions and live online classes as your schedule demands. We invite you to book a trial session at our Gurugram facility to experience our teaching method firsthand. ## About The Metropolitan School of Music We are The Metropolitan School of Music, and we believe music is for everyone who is serious about learning.
