Whether you are aiming for a Grade 8 certification or just starting your first scale, our instructors from Russia, the US, and India adapt their methodology to fit your learning pace and musical goals. ### Expert Guidance for Every Level At The Metropolitan School of Music, we believe the quality of your education depends on the quality of your mentors. Our faculty members are not just teachers; they are active performers, composers, and dedicated music educators. We bring together a diverse team from the US, Russia, and India to provide a global perspective on music education. ### Why Our Approach Works We operate differently than most music schools in Gurugram. We focus on the "serious learner" model. This means we prioritize: * **Certified Curriculums:** We are structured around ABRSM, Trinity, and Rockschool standards. If you are prepping for an exam or a conservatory application, our faculty knows exactly how to get you there. * **Hybrid Flexibility:** Not in the city? Our online modules use the same high-standard teaching methodologies as our in-person sessions at our Nirvana Country and Uppal Southend conservatories. * **Beyond the Notes:** We teach you to listen, improvise, and understand theory, not just memorize sheet music. Whether you are learning Hindustani vocals, western pop piano, or professional drum kits, you will walk away with a deeper understanding of your instrument. ### Connecting with Your Instructor Choosing a teacher is personal. Our instructors bring diverse specialties—some are masters of Jazz and Western Classical, while others hold deep expertise in Indian classical traditions. We encourage you to reach out to discuss your specific goals, whether you are a beginner looking for a foundation or an advanced player seeking Diploma-level mentorship. Let’s find the right instructor for your path. ## About The Metropolitan School of Music We are a community of musicians who happen to teach. Our faculty is a diverse group from Russia, the US, and India, all sharing the same goal of helping you find your sound. We are based in Gurugram, but we bring the world to your practice sessions.
