I started Murugan Academy of Tennis because I wanted players to feel that excitement of a real tournament, whether they’re aiming for national glory or just love a good match. When someone tells me, "Namage Murugan academy andre tumba ishta" (We really like Murugan academy), that’s the best part for me. ### Tournament Types We run everything from official AITA ranking events to our own MAT Open Series, so there’s always something happening. If you’re chasing points or just want to try a new community tennis event, you’ll find your place here. Look out for our themed cups like the Independence Day Cup and the Kannada Rajyotsava Trophy, plus regular leagues with different tennis match formats. ### Who Can Play Our draws are open for everyone - juniors starting from Red Ball (U-8) up to U-16, plus adults and seniors (30+ all the way to 65+). We also have men’s, women’s, doubles, and even corporate categories. Coaches, you might have some restrictions in certain events, but you’re always welcome in the Open. ### What You Get Winners take home cash, trophies, and tennis tournament prizes. Everyone usually gets certificates, and at big events, even t-shirts or a fun Players’ Party. For those traveling from outside Bangalore, some tournaments cover your food and stay. ### How We Run Things All our tournaments are managed by an experienced team, with a dedicated Tournament Director and Referee. Matches happen on our 6 clay courts, day or night, thanks to floodlights. ## Highlights Browse through Murugan Academy of Tennis's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/murugan_academy_of_tennis/tennis-tournament-hosting/featured) - ![This poster for our Independence Day Cup shows the scale of events we host, with significant prize money and categories for all ages, from Open Men's Singles to 65+. Tennis runs in my blood, and this academy is my dream come true. Started with just mud, sweat, and a bhoomi puja. Now, five courts buzzing with kids and grown-ups, all part of my big tennis family. My brother Raju and I coach side by side, but honestly, every student feels like family. We play, celebrate, pick each other up after losses. It’s more than tennis - it’s about heart, grit, and growing together. ### My work - **Tennis Coaching for All**: We coach beginners, advanced players, adults, and run ladies-only tennis batches. - **Tournament Preparation & Summer Camps**: Get ready for AITA tournaments, join our tennis summer camps in Chennai, and level up your game. - **Fitness & Training**: We offer tennis fitness sessions to boost strength and stamina for every player. - **Premium Clay Courts**: Five well-kept clay courts, easy on your joints, with floodlights for night play. - **Community & Family Vibes**: Tournaments, birthday celebrations, and even a self-kitchen for parents. Feels like home. ## More services from Murugan Academy of Tennis - [Tennis Coaching](https://mytribe.in/murugan_academy_of_tennis/tennis-coaching) · ₹4.5-22K per month (estimate) - [Tennis Summer Camps](https://mytribe.in/murugan_academy_of_tennis/tennis-summer-camps) · ₹3.5-16K per student per month (estimate) - [Court Rentals](https://mytribe.in/murugan_academy_of_tennis/court-rentals) · ₹200-550 per hour per court (estimate) ## Experts similar to Murugan Academy of Tennis on mytribe - [Tennis Tournaments & Leagues by Adroit Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/adroit_tennis/tennis-tournaments-leagues) · ₹1,600-2,200 per team (estimate) - [Tennis Tournaments by Tennis360](https://mytribe.in/tennis360_academy/tennis-tournaments) · ₹500-1,500 per player (estimate) · 35, GKVK Rd - [Tournaments & Match Play by Tennis Arena](https://mytribe.in/tennisarenablr/tournaments-match-play) · ₹600-950 per player (estimate) · Tennis Arena - [Tournament Organization by Noah Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/noah_tennisacademy/tournament-organization) · ₹32-48K per day (estimate) · Noah Tennis Academy - [Tennis Tournaments & Leagues by Tennis Temple](https://mytribe.in/tennistemple2015/tennis-tournaments-leagues) · ₹600-1,500 per player (estimate) · Tennis Temple - [Corporate Tennis Events by First Touch Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/tennis_bengaluru/corporate-tennis-events) · ₹16-22K per event (estimate) · ProRally Tennis Academy - [Tennis Coaching for All Ages & Skill Levels by Marquis Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/marquistennisacademy/tennis-coaching-for-all-ages-skill-levels) · ₹3.5-38K per month (estimate) · Marquis Tennis Academy - [Football Tournament Hosting by Blues Football Academy](https://mytribe.in/bluesfootballacademy/football-tournament-hosting) · ₹2,500-5,500 per team (estimate) · Patels Inn Club & Resort - [Tennis Court Booking by Elite Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/elite_tennis.academy/tennis-court-booking) · ₹400-700 per hour (estimate) · Elite Tennis Academy | Kids & Adults Tennis coaching academy - [Competitive Tennis Tournaments by ATB Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/atb_tennisacademy/competitive-tennis-tournaments) · ₹600-1,500 per tournament (estimate) · ATB Tennis Academy - [Foundational & Recreational Tennis by PBI Tennis Academy](https://mytribe.in/pbitennisacademycse/foundational-recreational-tennis) · ₹6,000-9,500 per month (estimate) · Peter Burwash International Tennis Academy (PBI) ## Book To book Murugan Academy of Tennis, message mytribe on WhatsApp: [Chat on WhatsApp](https://wa.me/916360004054?text=Hi%2C%20I'm%20looking%20for%20Tennis%20Tournament%20Hosting%20by%20Murugan%20Academy%20of%20Tennis.)
