Whether your child is picking up a racquet for the first time or training for competitive tournaments, they will get daily time on our clay courts, which are much easier on growing joints than standard hard surfaces. It is a mix of rigorous skill development and the kind of community environment that keeps kids coming back. ### Our Summer Training Programs We run three distinct programs to match your child's current level and goals: * **Junior Foundation (Ages 5-10):** We focus on hand-eye coordination, grip, and the basic swing path. These sessions are about fun and building comfort on the court. * **Intermediate Skill & Fitness:** Designed for players ready to rally. This track includes live-ball drills, yoga for flexibility, and introductions to match play and scoring. * **High-Performance Tournament Camp:** For the serious player. We use a double-session format (morning and evening) with video analysis and AITA tournament preparation to build physical and mental toughness. ### Why Choose Our Seegehalli Facility? We operate five floodlit clay courts. Clay is vital for long-term development because it forces players to develop better patience and biomechanics compared to fast hard courts. Beyond the sport, we emphasize the community aspect. We have a parent-managed self-cooking zone and celebrate birthdays right on the court, making our academy feel more like a family than a strict training center. Our goal is for your child to leave with improved fitness, a stronger backhand, and a genuine love for the game. ## About Murugan Academy of Tennis I am Murugan, and tennis is in my blood.
