Having guests like Tehelka Bhai and Arun visit us was a wonderful moment, but our main focus remains the same—fresh ingredients, less oil, and the honest 'ghar ka swad' that everyone misses. Our kitchen isn't just about feeding people; it's about sharing a part of our home with you. We know that when you order for your family or an event, you are trusting us with your reputation as a host. That is why we are so strict about our 'less oil, more love' philosophy. We believe that good food doesn't need heavy creams or excessive spices to taste great. From our signature Dal Makhni, which we slow-cook to get that perfect consistency, to our fresh vegetable sabzis, everything is prepared in small batches. This is how we ensure that whether you are ordering for a corporate lunch or a home function, the quality stays consistent. We often get asked if we can customize dishes for specific tastes, and the answer is always yes. We work closely with our clients in West Delhi to adjust spice levels, keep things onion-garlic free if needed, or focus on specific ingredients. It is this flexibility and personal touch that has helped us build such a strong community of happy customers. We aren't a restaurant, and we don't aim to be—we are a home kitchen that cooks for you, just the way you would at home. ## About Mumma's Kitchen We are two sisters-in-law who believe that the best food is made with patience and a whole lot of care. We don't use heavy commercial tricks; we just cook simple, honest meals. If you want food that feels like home, you have come to the right place.
