It is mostly chemistry, a bit of structural engineering, and way less sleep than you would think. When you see a fondant masterpiece on my feed, know that it started as a messy, flour-dusted idea in my kitchen at Brigade Metropolis, and I have probably obsessively checked the structural integrity of that cake board five times before it leaves. Being a baker in Bangalore is not all slow-mo shots and clean aprons. It is a lot of hustle, running on caffeine, and ensuring every single layer of sponge is moist and stable. My process is simple: I take your inspiration—whether it is a random Pinterest screenshot or just a specific vibe—and I break it down. I believe in transparency because you deserve to know what you are paying for. When we craft a custom fondant cake, we are not just charging for sugar and flour. We are calculating the hours of structural doweling, the intricate hand-painting, and the years spent perfecting a recipe that won't collapse in Bangalore humidity. From the moment you message me, I am thinking about how to make your celebration special. I avoid shortcuts. No pre-mixes that taste like cardboard. Just fresh ingredients, real butter, and a bit of 'jugaad' (creative fix) to get those 3D elements looking sharp. Whether you are looking for an elegant wedding cake or a cheeky birthday treat, I am here to make it happen. My bakery in Whitefield is small, but the heart we put into every box of cupcakes or multi-tier masterpiece is huge. Let's chat about what you need for your next party. ## About Mummalicious Hi, I am Ankita. When I am not covered in flour or rushing between ovens, I am likely sketching a new cake design on my phone. My kitchen in Whitefield is where the magic happens, and for me, baking is not just work, it is how I show up for your big days.
