Our sessions with AIFF D-License coaches mix technical drills like passing and ball mastery with yoga for injury prevention. Our curriculum for the girls' batches is split into two tracks: * **Development Track:** For beginners who want to learn the basics, master ball control, and build fitness. We use speed ladders, cones, and targeted drills to get your footwork right. * **Competitive Track:** For players targeting the U15 and U17 squads. If you want to play in the Youth Premier League (YPL) or TFA leagues, this is where you get tested.
