Before sending our boys to MCA trials or league auctions like the Navi Mumbai Premier League, we run specific match simulation days. We replicate the field settings and pressure of competitive T20 cricket right here in our nets, so when a scout is watching, the player is already calm and ready to execute their shots. Getting to the next level requires a mix of technical skill and mental toughness. At Mumbai Cricket Academy, we focus on the pathway, not just the practice. Many of our students, like Kunal Nawrange and Advait Bhave, started as regular academy members and worked their way into squads like the Vashi Warriors and MCA U-19 teams. ### How we build a competitive cricketer: * **Match Simulation:** We use sidearm throwdowns to simulate high-pace bowling, helping batters adjust their stance and shot selection under pressure. This is essential for players aiming to perform in T20 leagues. * **Performance Tracking:** My team uses video analysis to correct technical flaws before they become bad habits. When a player goes to a trial, their technique must be solid. * **Tournament Exposure:** We don't just coach; we actively place our players in recognized tournaments like the Vinoo Mankad Trophy and various district-level leagues. Exposure is the only way to get scouted. * **Fitness Standards:** Whether you are aiming for the U-14, U-17, or U-23 category, fitness remains the non-negotiable filter. If you aren't fit, you won't last in a tournament, and coaches notice that immediately. Success has no shortcuts. Whether it's the Abu Dhabi T-10 trials or the local MCA selection, our goal is to ensure you walk onto the field knowing exactly what to do. If you are serious about playing competitive cricket in Thane or Mumbai, let's get to work. ## About Deepak Patil I am Deepak Patil. I don't believe in talent alone; I believe in the daily grind.
