We bring our own portable LED lighting systems and structural frames, so we can turn even a simple terrace into a comfortable dining spot without needing existing support or electricity points. We know that the best parties are often the most personal ones. Whether you want to celebrate a birthday with a few close friends or plan a romantic anniversary dinner under the stars, our goal is to handle the logistics so you can focus on the celebration. We manage the transport, setup, and cleanup for all equipment, including our sequin walls, neon signs, and floral installations. For outdoor events, we work with the natural surroundings. We have experience managing setups ranging from breezy rooftop dinners in Santacruz to quiet anniversary picnics by the lake. Our team ensures the marquee numbers, balloon garlands, and table settings remain secure, even if the venue is not a traditional party hall. If you are planning an event at home, we work within your space constraints to maximize the visual impact. We use matte vinyl flex backdrops and organic balloon styling to brighten up living rooms or cafes without cluttering the area. Let us know your venue and event date, and we will suggest a layout that fits your vision. ## About Party Planners We are Mumbai Party Planners, and we go a little mad for celebrations. We do not just drop off balloons; we style your home or outdoor space to create the mood you want, whether it is a surprise anniversary dinner or a cozy birthday get-together.
