If you are hosting at home, we prioritize structures that fit within ceiling heights and floor footprints without making the room feel cramped. Whether it is a shimmer wall for a milestone anniversary or a rustic arch for a mehendi, we ensure the setup leaves enough clearance for guests to move around and take great photos comfortably. A backdrop does more than just fill a blank wall. It defines the energy of your event. When we design photo corners, we look at the specific vibe of your celebration—a shimmer wall with marquee numbers works perfectly for a sophisticated 25th anniversary, while macrame and pampas grass create that relaxed, boho feel for an intimate pre-wedding dinner. ### How We Approach Your Design We don't believe in one-size-fits-all setups. If you have a specific idea or a Pinterest reference, show it to us. We break it down into manageable elements: the central arch or wall, the lighting, and the props. For venues with limited space, we swap out heavy fabrication for smart props like neon signage and balloon clusters that create a focal point without taking up the entire floor. ### Practical Details for Your Event * **Versatility:** We handle everything from high-density floral walls for engagements to quirky cutout props for birthday parties. * **Mumbai Logistics:** We are based in Santacruz East but manage setups across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether you are at a farmhouse in the outskirts or an apartment in the city, we bring the crew and the gear. * **The Setup:** Our team handles the assembly and breakdown. We ensure the neon signs are wired safely and the floral arrangements look lush, not sparse. We love it when a client tells us 'bahut badhiya laga' after seeing their space transformed. Whether your party is small or big, we are here to make the process hassle-free so you can focus on enjoying the day with your guests. ## About Party Planners We believe every celebration deserves that special sparkle, whether it is a small home gathering or a big party. We don't just put up decorations; we listen to your story and craft a visual theme that feels like you. Our focus is on making your day look perfect while you relax.
