Whether it is a cozy indoor dining room or an open rooftop, we handle the logistics of moving and installing all furniture, atmospheric lighting, and floral decor, so you do not have to lift a finger before your guests arrive. ### How We Make It Happen We believe that small parties deserve the same attention to detail as massive weddings. Our setups for intimate dinners and celebrations are fully customizable. If you have a specific color palette or a mood in mind—like the moody blue lighting or the clean white-and-red floral contrast you see in our gallery—we adapt our design to fit your vision. ### What Our Intimate Party Package Includes Our standard package for intimate parties (15-20 guests) is priced between ₹55,000 and ₹85,000. We focus on creating a complete experience rather than just placing a few decorations: * **Seating & Draping:** We set up comfortable low-seating arrangements with plush cushions, rugs, and overhead cabana drapes or fairy light canopies to define your space. * **Table Scaping:** From gold-rimmed crockery and crystal glassware to fresh flower runners and themed napkins, every element is chosen to add a touch of elegance. * **Photo Corners:** Every party needs a spot for pictures. We include a themed 8x8 ft backdrop, which could be a shimmer wall, macrame, or a painted arch depending on your style. * **Mood Management:** We provide music management with Bluetooth speakers and on-site supervisors to ensure the decor stays perfect throughout your event. ### Logistics Made Simple Based out of Vakola, Santacruz East, we travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area to reach your venue. Whether you are planning a rooftop surprise in Bandra or a cozy family dinner in South Mumbai, we coordinate everything. We handle the power backup, the transportation of heavy props, and the setup, leaving you with just one job: enjoy your evening. As we often say, 'Khush raho, party ka tension mujhe de do' (Stay happy, leave the party stress to me). ## About Party Planners We are Mumbai Party Planners, and we believe the most meaningful moments happen in small, private settings. Whether it is a surprise anniversary dinner on a rooftop or a cozy family celebration at home, we make sure the decor reflects your personal style perfectly.
