Instead, I observe how you naturally move and interact with your environment to build a composition that feels honest. Whether we use natural light in your living room or a specific outdoor setting, the goal is to capture the intersection of your personality and your space without the rigidity of a standard studio setup. Environmental portraiture requires more than just a camera. It requires an understanding of how light, space, and subject coexist. My process starts before the shutter clicks, looking at how the architecture of your home or the mood of an outdoor venue influences the narrative. I often incorporate documentary techniques, letting scenes unfold rather than over-directing, to ensure the final images are grounded in reality. Because I split my time between the UK and India, I bring a global perspective to these shoots, frequently blending fashion-forward composition with raw, personal expression. Collaboration is central to this work. If a shoot requires specific makeup, styling, or art direction, I work with a trusted team to ensure the production value matches the intent.
