Every project, whether it is a small redevelopment or a large-scale master plan, is guided by a senior associate who leads a dedicated team. This structure ensures that from the initial site analysis to the final handover, our architects maintain a consistent, hands-on connection with the client and the specific requirements of the site. ### Our Approach to Collaboration Architecture is a team sport. We believe that the best design solutions come from diverse perspectives and rigorous, collaborative problem-solving. While we have grown from a small group into a larger practice, we have kept that same family-oriented culture at our core. Our associates are the backbone of this vision. They are not just managing projects; they are deeply involved in the design philosophy that defines MQA—creating opportunities from constraints and designing for generations. ### Leadership and Expertise Each of our senior associates brings over two decades of specialized experience to the table: * **Complex Redevelopment:** Our team members have been instrumental in iconic projects like the Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment, managing delicate stakeholder relationships and complex zoning requirements. * **Diverse Sectors:** From institutional and public buildings like schools and hospitals to luxury high-rise residential towers, our team is equipped to handle varied project types. * **Integrated Design:** Our associates coordinate across disciplines, ensuring that landscape strategy, public realm detailing, and structural design align with our climate-responsive approach. ### Why Our Team Matters to You When you engage with us, you are not just hiring a firm; you are bringing a dedicated, experienced group onto your project. We pride ourselves on clear communication, efficient project management, and a commitment to delivering architecture that functions well for the people who inhabit it. Our goal is to make the often complex process of design and construction transparent, manageable, and ultimately, a successful endeavor for everyone involved. ## About Qutub Mandviwala At MQA, we have always believed that great design is a collective effort.
