## About Interior Design

### My Design Philosophy

I don’t just decorate rooms - I shape how people live, work, and feel in their spaces. For me, design starts with constraints and ends with possibilities. I believe in quiet luxury interiors, where comfort and meaning matter more than flash. What I create should feel right for years, not just look good today.

### Spaces Built for Real Life

Every space has its own story and purpose. My approach always begins with how people will actually use it.

- For homes, I think about the family now and in the future, whether it’s a tiny apartment or a big villa. Multi-purpose room design is my go-to: spaces that flex, give privacy, and support togetherness. You’ll see calm palette interiors with muted tones and quality finishes that make you want to stay.
- Workspaces aren’t just desks and chairs. I design places that spark creativity and connection - open layouts, breakout spots, loads of natural light. It’s about making people feel at home, even when they’re at work.
- For restaurants, clinics, or hotels, I dig deep into what clients and guests need. Each project gets its own vibe, whether it’s the drama of metal jalis or the peace of a wellness setting.

### Details Matter

I’m picky about the little things. Light shapes space, so I use windows, skylights, and smart lighting to set the mood. Materials? Love mixing wood, marble, lime-plaster, and soft fabrics for texture and warmth. Colors stay chill and neutral, but I’ll throw in bold accents when it feels right. Nothing is random - everything’s chosen for how it makes people feel.

### My story

Hey, Qutub here. Architecture’s never just walls for me, it’s always been about people. I like finding answers where others see problems, whether that’s squeezing comfort and privacy into a tiny home or sketching out a whole skyline. At MQA, we started out small—John still laughs and says, ‘Pehle 10 jan tha, abhi bhi family hai’ (We were 10, still a family). Awards are nice, but honestly, seeing our designs actually help folks? That’s the real win.

### My work

- **All-in-one architecture, urban design, interiors**: We design everything—high-rises, townships, schools, hospitals, retail, and more, from master plans to interiors.
- **Site-centric architecture**: Every project is shaped by its land, climate, and community. No cookie-cutter stuff, just what fits best.
- **Small spaces, big ideas**: Tiny homes or huge towers, we focus on flexible spaces that give comfort, dignity, and utility for all.
- **Passive cooling design and sustainability**: We build for the future—natural light, green spaces, local materials, and energy-efficient solutions, always.
