It is about understanding the stage and connecting with your partner under pressure. Our performance batches focus on dynamic lifts, stage presence, and the stamina needed to keep moving, whether you are dancing at a local event or a high-profile gig. We teach you how to own your space so that the energy reaches the last row of the audience. Moving from the studio floor to the stage changes your relationship with dance. In our performance training batches, we shift the focus from simple rhythm to projection and stagecraft. You learn how to manage the adrenaline, keep your form sharp even when the stage lights are bright, and maintain connection with your partner through complex sequences. We have taken our students from our Shivalik and Vasant Vihar studios to stages like the Embassy of France, where we performed for the Paris Olympics celebration. That is the kind of exposure we aim for—real-world stage experience. It is not just about the moves. We work on your posture, eye contact, and partner dynamics to ensure that what you present looks clean from every angle of the auditorium. Whether it is a corporate gig, a wedding performance, or a public festival, the training includes endurance drills and lift technique practice that you do not get in standard recreational classes. Many students join us thinking they just want to learn to dance, but they stay because they find a new level of confidence on stage. Our features in Delhi Times and HT City are a testament to the hard work the team puts in. If you want to stop dancing for the mirror and start dancing for an audience, this is the environment to do it in. We provide the platform; you bring the energy. ## About Moving Souls I started Moving Souls 15 years ago to bring the real Latin vibe to Delhi.
