It is high-energy, fast-paced, and the fastest way I know to dissolve office silos without anyone feeling pressured to perform or needing a partner. Rueda de Casino is essentially salsa danced in a circle, where everyone executes the same moves simultaneously based on the caller's lead. This format is effective for corporate settings because it forces non-verbal communication and builds trust quickly. We structure these sessions to move beyond just steps. We start with ice-breaker games that utilize leading and following concepts, which helps employees break out of their professional shells. By the time the group is rotating partners, the focus is entirely on coordination and laughter, not on who is a better dancer. Logistically, these workshops are designed for the corporate environment. Whether you have a conference room or a cafeteria floor, as long as there is clear space and a sound system, we can set up. We bring the music, the energy, and the management for partner rotations, ensuring everyone is involved regardless of the team size or dance background. We manage the mechanics so you can focus on the team bonding aspect. ## About Motley Dance Company We are Motley, a bunch of dance geeks who believe that if you can walk, you can dance.
