Because we integrate physio-aware techniques into every routine, you are getting a workout that is actually safe for your joints, even when we are hitting those intense Bollywood tracks. It is all about moving smart while you are having a blast. Our studio is not about intimidating gym mirrors or counting reps in silence. We treat every 60-minute session like a dance party where you leave the stress at the door. **What to expect at our sessions:** We mix things up so you never get bored. One day it might be high-energy Bollywood fitness with plenty of thumkas, and the next we could be focusing on functional strength with bands and light weights. We always include a proper cool-down and stretch, because finishing a session without tight muscles is just as important as the workout itself. **Is this for me?** Whether you are a total beginner who has never stepped into a studio or someone looking to get back into a routine, you will find your place here. We have a mix of regular weekday batches and weekend sessions, including popular ladies-only groups. **Safety first:** Since I run these classes with a physio-aware approach, we pay close attention to form. If you have any old injuries or concerns, let me know before we start, and I will make sure the movements are adjusted for you. We operate out of two main locations in Noida Sector 41 and Mayur Vihar Phase 3. Come by for a trial, meet the fam, and see if the vibe matches yours.
