There is something special about serving food face-to-face. While I love shipping orders across India, these exhibitions in spaces like Delhi's Vegas Mall and ISKCON centres give me a chance to see your reactions to my recipes in real-time. ### Why I Take My Kitchen to Exhibitions * **Try Before You Buy:** You don't have to guess the taste. I do not believe in preservatives or factory-made shortcuts, so I make everything in small batches using the same traditional techniques my dadi and nani taught me.
