It feels denser than standard market options because we pack it with 35% premium dry fruits, melon seeds, and edible gum (gond) for that authentic crunch in every spoonful. ### Why We Skip the Atta Most commercial panjiri relies on wheat flour (atta) for volume, but my maa follows the traditional recipe that prioritizes quality over fillers. By using besan as the base, we get a unique, nutty flavor profile that pairs perfectly with the sweetness of natural jaggery (gur). There is zero refined white sugar in our kitchen. ### More Than Just a Snack This isn't a factory-made product.
