Everything is kneaded with pure desi ghee and hand-pounded spices like ajwain and jeera, which is why the mathris stay flaky and crisp in their pouches for weeks. When I set up my kitchen, my goal was simple: to bring back the taste of 'Maa ke hath ka swaad' (the taste of mother's hands) without the preservatives found in store-bought packets. Every mathri and namakpara you see here is made to order in small, controlled batches to ensure the quality stays consistent. ### My Snack Range - **Mathris:** Whether it is the classic Methi Masala, Sooji Special, or my healthy Multigrain twist, these are kneaded with organic flour and pure ghee. For those avoiding gluten, I offer a special Bajra or baked mathri. - **Namakpara & Munchies:** Crispy diamond cuts and roasted masala makhana that are light, airy, and perfect for when you need a guilt-free bite. ### Why Quality Matters I am quite particular about what goes into these jars. I use organic semolina and hand-pounded spices because the flavour difference is huge compared to mass-produced snacks. Because there are no artificial preservatives, I pack them in moisture-lock pouches to keep the crunch alive for 20 to 30 days. Whether you are hosting guests, packing a box for your children, or just want something reliable to have with your daily chai, these are the snacks I serve in my own home. ## About Mommade I started Mommade at 72 because I believe food connects us to our roots.
