This keeps the flavours fresh and allows me to skip the preservatives entirely, so what reaches your table is exactly as it would be if I made it for my own family at home. ### My Kitchen Philosophy When I started 'Mommade' at 75, I didn't want to build a factory. I wanted to replicate the feeling of a home kitchen. That means I use real, whole ingredients—like Kachi Ghani mustard oil for my pickles and jaggery instead of sugar for my sweets. You won't find any artificial thickeners or chemical preservatives in my jars. ### The Full Menu Beyond my signature pickles, I spend my days preparing: * **Namkeen:** My Punjabi-style snacks like mathis and namakpara are baked or fried carefully to maintain that classic, homemade crunch without being greasy. * **Traditional Sweets:** I focus on jaggery-based recipes like panjiri and ladoos, offering healthier alternatives for festive gifting or daily tea-time cravings. * **Refreshing Beverages:** Depending on the season, I prepare traditional coolers like Aam Panna or refreshing squashes that capture the essence of the fruit. ### Why Small Batches Matter Because I make everything in small quantities, I can maintain high hygiene standards and control the flavour profile of every single batch. Whether it is the high pungency of my garlic pickles or the precise tanginess of my shredded mango achaar, you are getting a product that has been tasted, adjusted, and sealed by hand. Everything is available for pickup from my home in Greater Kailash I, or I can ship my treats across India.
