You won't find any artificial preservatives or vinegar here; just fresh ingredients like raw mangoes or winter vegetables, sun-dried and preserved in pure Kachi Ghani mustard oil. When you open a jar, you get that real, honest aroma because I make it the same way I would for my own family. After a long career in interior design, I decided to return to my roots at 75. Mommade is my way of preserving the culinary traditions my mother taught me. My pickles are more than just a side dish; they are a health-conscious choice. I use jaggery instead of sugar, limit the oil, and rely on natural fermentation and sun-drying to bring out deep, authentic flavours. Whether you are looking for the classic kick of Punjabi Aam ka Achaar (mango pickle), the pungency of whole-clove Garlic pickle, or the crunch of seasonal Winter Veg mix (Gobi-Gajar-Shalgam), every jar is packed with care. I handle the preparation personally—from peeling garlic bulbs to hand-stuffing chillies—ensuring each batch maintains high ingredient density. Because I do not use preservatives like Sodium Benzoate, my pickles are best enjoyed fresh. I deliver across Delhi NCR and ship pan-India, bringing a piece of my kitchen to yours.
