## About Engagements & Receptions

Transitioning from the quiet intimacy of a ring exchange to the high energy of a reception requires a balance between patience and agility. For your engagement, I focus on the small, unscripted details, like the nervous anticipation before the ring goes on, the shared looks, and the genuine reactions. As the day turns into your reception, I shift to capturing the candid fun on the dance floor and the warmth of the interactions with your family and friends.

Whether you are planning an intimate ring ceremony in an Airoli apartment or a grand reception at a banquet hall in Mumbai, the approach remains the same: capturing the story, not just the event. 

### Engagement Coverage
I treat engagement photography as the first chapter of your wedding story. I focus on the details, such as the rings, the henna, and the quiet tension before the ceremony begins. I use natural lighting and candid angles to make sure the focus remains on your connection.

### Reception Photography
The reception is where the formal nerves disappear. I shift my style to capture the movement, the candid interactions with your guests, and the high-energy moments on the dance floor. If you have specific stage portraits or family group shots in mind, we can definitely include those, but my primary goal is to catch the joy that happens when you think no one is watching.

### Technical Approach
I use a mix of candid shots and high-end portraiture for couples. I am comfortable with dramatic, creative lighting, which is perfect for reception halls with low light or specific thematic decor. I also document the little things, like the cake cutting, the toasts, and the genuine reactions of friends and family. My goal is to deliver a collection of photos that feels like a film of your day, not a static album of posed pictures.
