## About Vibrant Daytime Functions

We do not just use standard tent cloth for your daytime events. Instead, we replace typical coverings with Chantilly lace or custom-printed cabanas to keep the space feeling airy and light. It is these intentional shifts—swapping heavy fabrication for high-density florals and layered linens—that change the entire temperature of a garden or poolside celebration.

Daytime events like your Haldi or Mehendi are often the most personal moments of a wedding. While the evenings are about spectacle, your daytime functions are about intimacy, laughter, and the quiet beauty of family gatherings. We approach these with a focus on 'vibe' over rigid structure.

### Designing the Day
Whether you are planning a 'Petals of Joy' Haldi or an 'Artisan's Studio' Mehendi, we create environments that encourage your guests to interact rather than just observe. Our approach involves:

* **Atmospheric Lighting:** Even under the sun, lighting matters. We manage ambient setups using mist fans and fill lighting that ensures your photography remains crisp.
* **Interactive Zones:** We set up stations like perfume bars or fortune-telling corners to give guests a reason to move around and connect.
* **Soft Fabrication:** We utilize Chantilly lace, custom textiles, and natural wood furniture to create a lounge feel, moving away from standard, cold banquet aesthetics.

### Practical Details
Our Signature Daytime Decor packages typically support 200 to 300 guests. We prioritize floral-heavy setups—often using 3,000 or more stems of Hydrangeas, baby's breath, and other premium blooms—to bring organic life into the venue.

We understand that running a daytime event involves moving parts. You might see us scrambling to fix a last-minute wind issue or adjusting a floral backdrop, but our team operates on the belief that it will all get done steadily. We handle the technical load, the sound systems for your flash mobs, and the fabrication, so you can focus on the people in front of you.
