This is because we operate with a dedicated team of at least 6 people for every wedding, ensuring that from the moment guests arrive until the final ritual, someone is always handling the logistics. When our clients tell us 'Mane ek cheez dekhwa ri jarurat ni padi' (I did not have to look at a single thing), we know we have done our job correctly. Our approach to wedding planning is rooted in the simple belief that you should be a guest at your own event. When you look through these galleries, you are not just seeing decoration; you are seeing the result of hours of behind-the-scenes coordination. We break down our planning into a concrete flow for every function. Whether it is a two-day standard management package or a full-scope three-day luxury production, our responsibility remains the same: handling the vendors, the timing, and the flow of events so you do not have to. For our standard weddings, we deploy a team of a senior manager and several runners to handle vendor reporting and itinerary execution. If you opt for our luxury hospitality packages, we take on the heavy lifting of guest management—from airport pickups and hotel check-ins to managing RSVPs and sourcing room hampers. We manage the sound systems, the LED walls, and the complex timing of the bride's entry, ensuring that every sparkler goes off exactly when it should. We do not believe in last-minute surprises. We start by sitting down to understand your vision, then we build the plan around it. If you want a traditional Sheesh Mahal setup or a modern, earthy boho vibe, we have the fabrication team to build it and the coordination team to make sure it is ready on time. We want to be the people your guests ask for when they reach out to book their own planner later.
