If you are unsure about how much to order for your guests, just message me, and I will help you pick the right size. Finding the right amount of food for a meal can be tricky. That is why I have broken down my biryani menu into three clear sizes: 0.5kg for solo eaters, 1kg for a meal with a friend, and 2.5kg for family gatherings or parties. Each portion follows the same traditional dum cooking method, ensuring that the spices, rice, and meat retain that authentic home-cooked aroma regardless of the quantity. ### Why the sizing matters - **0.5kg:** Perfect for a quick, filling lunch or dinner. It comes with my signature raita and salad, making it a complete, hassle-free meal for one. - **1kg:** Ideal when you have a guest or want a hearty meal that lasts you a little longer. - **2.5kg:** This is my 'party mode' pack. It is designed for sharing, ensuring everyone gets a generous serving of layered basmati rice, tender meat, and whole spices. ### Freshly delivered in Bangalore I deliver within a 3km radius of Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR Layout, and BTM Layout. Because I prepare every order in small batches to maintain that 'ghar ka khana' (home food) taste, planning your portions helps me ensure you get your meal hot and fresh at the right time. ## About Mojo Kitchen I started Mojo Kitchen to bring proper, honest food to your plate without the shortcut approach. It is all cooked in my own kitchen, and when you choose your portion, you are getting the same care whether it is a quick 500g meal or a full party pack.
