This ensures I have enough time to source the freshest ingredients and package your treats perfectly without rushing the process. My kitchen is less about industrial-scale baking and more about slow, deliberate craft. When you order a batch of my Rose Pistachio teacake or those classic Parsi Mawa cakes, you aren’t just getting a dessert; you are getting a bake that uses real butter and high-quality ingredients, with absolutely no margarine or hydrogenated fats. For the cookies, I focus heavily on texture and dietary needs, which is why my vegan and gluten-free options are as popular as the classic chocolate chip. I believe dessert should be a treat, not a chemical experiment. Whether you are building a custom hamper for a friend or just need a fresh stash of teacakes for the week, I handle everything myself. If you are ordering for an event in Navi Mumbai or across the Mumbai Metropolitan area, reach out early. This allows me to keep the batch sizes small and the quality high, keeping that home-baked integrity intact even when serving larger orders. ## About Moi Doughssier I'm Nafisa, and I started Moi Doughssier to bring some soul back into baking. Every cookie and teacake you see here comes from my own oven, where I prioritize flavour and authentic ingredients over everything else.
