When you order our Chocolate and Cherry Jam Tart, you are getting real Himachali cherries that we cook down in our own kitchen. It is this slow, labor-intensive process that ensures our desserts taste like actual food, not just sugary filler. For me, the joy of a dessert cup or a tart lies in the layers. Whether it is the contrast between a crisp chocolate shell and the tang of fresh, seasonal strawberries or the way our mousse just melts away, these are the treats I make when I want to show off what we can do in our Vashi kitchen. My approach to these smaller bakes is the same as our cakes: 100% eggless, no preservatives, and high-quality ingredients. You will find our menu changes with the seasons—you might see our Mango-Chilli Basil tarts in the summer or a rich, spiced creation when the weather cools down. I design these cups and tarts to be portable but sophisticated. They are perfect for when you need a quick pick-me-up at the cafe, or if you need to order a dessert spread for a small office gathering or a cozy birthday at home. Because we use real fruit reductions and artisanal chocolates, these aren't the kind of treats that leave you feeling weighed down. If you're hosting, feel free to reach out to mix and match.
