Whether it is the weeks of prep for the Christmas plum cake or the precise piping for festive cupcakes, I do not mass-produce, I just bake enough to make your celebrations authentic. I believe every festival deserves a signature flavour, and I spend a lot of time getting these recipes right. Since I run a small kitchen, these seasonal collections are about quality rather than volume. ### My Festive Approach * **Christmas Traditions:** My plum cake is a labour of love. I start by soaking a premium mix of dried fruits and nuts in Old Monk rum weeks ahead of the holiday. This ensures the flavour is deep and rich, the way a traditional fruitcake should be. * **Intimate Valentine's Day:** I focus on 'cakes for two'. My bento cakes are designed for those quiet, cosy moments. They are minimalist, personal, and perfectly portioned for sharing over a Netflix night. * **Themed Holiday Fun:** For occasions like Halloween, I swap out my usual elegant style for something playful. Think cupcakes topped with ganache-filled ghosts or fondant bats. It is all about capturing the mood of the day. ### Planning Ahead Because these are seasonal, I usually announce them a few weeks in advance. If you have a specific festival coming up or want to customise a gift hamper for family or friends, it is always better to reach out early.
